To be approved for membership with ICD, a jeweller must meet the highest standards of business conduct in the diamond industry as outlined in the ICD Code of Practice. A member jeweller can and will be expelled for unethical or deceptive practices. If you have encountered any ICD member or firm that has failed to comply with ICD standards, report your problem below and DCLA will investigate. Please explain the problem in as much detail as possible. You will be required provide evidence of your grievance.
